ColorWay Full Light-Blocker (DairyArmor) is a highly effective additive for packaging ultra-high temperature (UHT) liquid dairy products, protecting them from oxidative degradation caused by light exposure during extended shelf life. It ensures prolonged ambient shelf life by mitigating light's impact on product quality. DairyArmor provides light-blocking effectiveness similar to multi-layer or Tetra Pak packaging and supports diverse bottle designs without affecting production efficiency or causing delamination. It integrates seamlessly with oxygen barriers, allowing for lightweight, customizable protection using standard PET pellets and existing single-layer injection molding equipment, eliminating the need for additional investments.

The Full Light-Blocker (DairyArmor) series includes LBS-1, LBS-18, LBS-20NT, and LBC-100, offering high light-blocking properties for packaging. These masterbatch products provide superior whiteness, block 100% UV light and 99.99% visible light at 3-15% ratio, reduce costs, support recycling, and meet GB, FDA, and EU food safety standards.

 This highly concentrated solid masterbatch offers superior whiteness and light-blocking properties, enhancing packaging quality.
